From Question and Answer Forums: What are others saying about this plant?
Acer griseum is an excellent small tree in the NorthEast. It is not bothered by pests or disease. Leaves stay intact until they drop in late fall. It also is fairly drought tolerant. I have used it in civic plantings as well as private gardens. The cinnamon-colored exfoliating bark looks spectacular in a snowy landscape.
